REFUND POLICY

CITYRUN TAXI Service - Refund Policy

These refund policy constitute the entire Agreement concerning the provision of our taxi service (“Service”) between YOU and CITYRUN TAXI Service. You are accepting these refund policy set out in this Agreement once you complete the booking form or intend to use our taxi service.


1.     Full Refund

             If you have pre-paid for your journey via bank transfer or cash and in the event of cancellation you will be entitle for                full refund, only if you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the actual booking day. (For example, if you have booked              a taxi for 4th April then you have to cancel your taxi booking by the end of 1st April).


2.     Partial Refund


             If you have pre-paid for your journey via payment link and in the event of cancellation you will be entitle for                                95% refund, only if you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the actual booking day. This is due to the                                       transaction fee which we have to pay to the card company that is non refundable to us as well. (For example, if you                  you have paid £100 then your partial refund will be £95).


4.     No Refund 


             If you have pre-paid for your journey and in the event of cancellation you will not be entitle for any refund if you                        don't cancel a booking 48 hrs prior to the actual booking day. There will be no refund even if you have paid for your                  booking on the same day (as these is due to us not taking any more booking once we are fully booked, so if you                        cancel it in the last minute then our drivers will be losing the fare because we could have given that time slot to                        another customer).


5.     No Show - No Refund

             If you fail to turn up at the agreed pickup location on time then our driver will only have to wait for maximum of 5                      minutes (unless you contact us or driver and agreed otherwise) after that it will be down to driver discretion whether                he/she choose to wait or not.  


6.     Wrong Pickup Address - No Refund


             If our driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and then you realise that you have provided us the wrong pickup                    address then there will be no refund.

7.     Rude and Aggressive Behaviour

​

             If you are rude or aggressive towards any of our staff including on the phone or to the driver then your booking will be              cancelled with immediate effect with no refund. We might also report the incident to police where it is necessary.

8.     More passengers than originally booked

​

             If there are more passengers than originally booked then our driver will not be obliged to take all of you. It will be                      down to our driver discretion to decide whether to take all of you or not. If any issue arises because of this and you                  decide to cancel the booking then your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

9.     Unforeseeable Circumstances

​

             If we have to cancel your taxi due to unforeseeable circumstance like complete road closure, car breakdown,                              accident, flood, snow, etc then you will be entitle for full refund if you have paid by bank transfer or cash and partial                refund (95%) if you have paid by using payment link as this is due to the transaction fee which we have to pay to the              card company that is non refundable to us as well.
